The San Diego City Employees Retiree Medical Trust is a plan intended to provide reimbursement toward the cost of certain retiree medical expenses of City Employees pursuant to the Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan of the Trust.



Important Information

The Trust Plan Year runs from April 1st - March 31st. Claims for all Covered Expenses that you paid during the Plan year must be received by the Trust Office no later than 90 days following the end of the plan year, which is June 30th.  Claims submitted after this deadline will be denied.
